Year after year, hundreds of thousands of Quebecers move, often calling on family and friends to help. If you are in this situation this year, take steps to protect yourself and your family from the COVID-19 virus. Before you embark on a move, read the following government recommendations to limit the spread of the virus:

• If your move is not essential, choose to renew your current lease.
• If you absolutely have to move, hire an accredited moving company that will implement the health prevention measures enacted by the government.
